Pigmentation
Intimate areas whitening (underarm, Bikini)
Medical depigmentation for the underarm and bikini line, handled discreetly.
What it is
Friction, shaving, and hormonal change can darken skin in the underarm and bikini area. The treatment combines in-clinic depigmenting protocols with a home regimen to lighten the area and hold it there. Consultations and treatment for this are single-practitioner and private.
How the session goes
The area is assessed and a patch test carried out at the first visit. Treatment sessions are short, 20 to 30 minutes, and paired with a prescribed home routine that does most of the work between visits. Sun and heat exposure must be managed throughout.
Suited to
- Darkening from shaving, waxing, or friction
- Post-inflammatory pigmentation after ingrown hairs
- Hormonal darkening, once assessed
Requires a patch test before the first full session. Not carried out over active folliculitis, open skin, or during pregnancy.
