Frequently asked
Is the photo consultation really free?
Yes. You send photos and answers, a clinician reviews them, and you get a written assessment back. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything.
How long until I hear back?
One working day in most cases. Submissions that arrive over the weekend are reviewed on the next working day.
Can you diagnose me from photos?
No. Photos let us tell you what is likely treatable, which protocol we would suggest, and what it would cost. A diagnosis and any treatment require an in-person examination.
What happens to my photos?
They are transmitted encrypted, stored in your clinical record, and seen only by the clinic's practitioners. They are never used for marketing unless you sign a separate consent.
Do I need to take the photos in a particular way?
The form shows you a reference image for each angle and checks each photo for lighting, sharpness, and framing before accepting it. Daylight, no makeup, no filters, hair tied back.
Does any of this use AI to decide my treatment?
No. The only automated step is a technical check on the photo itself — whether it is too dark, blurry, or badly framed. Every clinical judgement is made by a clinician.
Will it hurt?
Topical anaesthetic is used for injectable treatments. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Each treatment page lists the expected downtime and tenderness.
How soon will I see a result?
It depends on the treatment. Hydrafacial shows on the day; contouring is immediate; biostimulators take six to eight weeks because they work through your own collagen.
Can I have a treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most of what we offer is excluded during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Tell us in the consultation form and we will advise what can safely wait.
What if you think I do not need treatment?
We will tell you. It happens regularly, and it is the point of assessing before selling.
